The full hydraulic forging operator is driven by full hydraulic pressure, which can complete seven actions, including body walking, jaw clamping, jaw rotation, jaw horizontal lifting, jaw pitching, jaw side moving and side swinging. The product bearing capacity, production efficiency, movement accuracy, intelligent level, reliability and other indicators have reached the professional level. North Heavy Industry can provide 400kN/1000kNm to 2500kN/5000kNm series full hydraulic forging operators, with the main technical features as follows:
1. It has the function of automatic centering and leveling of the tong body, greatly improving the forging accuracy and efficiency.
2. It has the function of fault detection and diagnosis, with a high level of intelligence.
3. The computer electro-hydraulic proportional control technology is adopted to realize four operation modes: manual, semi-automatic, full-automatic and linkage, with high working efficiency.
4. The volume control technology of variable displacement pump and the throttling control technology of proportional valve are integrated to improve the control accuracy, response speed and running stability of the system.
