On Sep 1st, the 19th China International Equipment Manufacturing Expo with the theme of "Transformation and Upgrading, Cooperation and Mutual Benefits " was held in Shenyang International Convention and Exhibition Center. Taizhou district railway project was Φ 8.83m composite earth pressure tunnel boring machine with total length of 110 meters and weight of about one thousand tons, there is total 113 boxes for the shipment. Under the guidance of the production command center, based on the solid promotion of product assembly, the tunneling equipment branch overcame the high standard, heavy task, higher difficulties of engineering technical content, and the staff overcame the difficulties, strengthened project management, on-site coordination, accelerated the progress of the project, actively assisted to ensure the completion of the production, and completed the delivery work in a safe and efficient manner without losing any time.

The Mining & Building Materials Equipment branch tackled key problems in the project of HBIS Serbia Four-roll Crusher. In terms of technology, the four-roll crusher had better operation performance, which reduced vulnerability and increased output, achieved the target of reducing equipment cost. In terms of production organization, the dispatcher spared no effort to track of the parts, sorted out the details of missing parts every day, visited relevant workshops, mastered the progress of the main parts in real time and urged them timely to ensure the completeness of the products. In terms of assembly, they raced against time, worked overtime continuously as required by the drawing design, and completed the assembly work of the four-roller crusher under the seamless integration of multiple departments such as technology, inspection and design.

NHI Showed Specialties in the CIEME

China International Equipment Manufacturing Expo (CIEME) was the only state-level large-scale economic and trade exhibition approved by the State Council in China's equipment manufacturing industry. It has been successfully held 18 sessions since 2002, and has become an international well-known industry exhibition integrating finished-product display, information exchange, trade ordering, investment negotiation and technical cooperation.

After the reform of NHI, known as the "cradle of China's Heavy machinery industry", the participation in the 19th CIEME attracted the attention of industry experts and other guests and a number of media. In the smart equipment gallery stand covering 270 square meters, the main product models of tunneling equipment, mining equipment, sintering ring cooling equipment, bridge double bucket wheel, top stacking lateral reclaiming stacker and reclaimer, C900 high energy cone crusher, tower mill and so on were presented. The technical and sales personnel explained the technical advantages of the company's top 10 product series and the manufacturing strength to the audience in multiple languages. The professional and detailed explanation by the NHI staff has been praised by the audience.

During the CIEME, in the "new products and new technologies conference", NHI mainly introduced the new products of ring-type stacker fabricated for NIPPON STEEL CORPORATION. At the “One-on-One Communication Meeting of Central Enterprises", NHI conducted communications and exchanges with well-known central enterprises such as CNCEC, HQCEC, North International and Gezhou Dam etc. It showed the earth-shaking changes since the implementation of the mixed ownership reform of NHI.
