Since each equipment of Hebei Huaxin project began to be delivered successively, the installation progress of users' site has always been in NHI people's minds. The Epidemic Cannot Be An Excuse

The construction sites of the Hebei Huaxin project were located in Handan and Zunhua cities of Hebei Province. After the New Year, the epidemic prevention and control form in Hebei Province was suddenly severe, and the thoughts of on-site installation personnel also fluctuated, to leave or not leave the site? This issue has become a hot topic of discussion among the leaders of NHI. At the symposium, some people suggested that all the construction workers should be withdrawn until the epidemic was stabilized. However, if we do so, the project schedule would inevitably be delayed. "The user's demand is the direction of our efforts." In order to complete the installation and acceptance on time, the construction personnel of NHI always stick to the installation site and finished the work nervously and busily.　

In the normal installation work, the site installation personnel also do not forget to conduct personal protection. In accordance with the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control leading group of NHI, the two installation sites purchased thermometers, protective eyes and vitamin C. They measured the temperature every day and wore masks and protective eyes in strict accordance with the protection standards, and supplemented vitamin C every day to improve their immunity. Full-body extermination was carried out to the site shuttle station and personnel contact was reduced by renting fixed vehicles. To avoid the risk of infection during the meal, the lunch box was placed on the work piece that needed to be corrected at the site, and the instant noodles were made from the heat generated by heating process.

In order not to delay time, after completing part of the work in Handan, four people were assigned overnight to complete the NAT (nucleic acid test), and rushed to Zunhua site at first time to support installation. In order to ensure the completion of the task on time, NHI sent 4 people from Tangshan and Lingshan to the site, effectively guaranteeing the installation progress of Zunhua site.

Enthusiasm in the Frost

What was it like to work in the refrigerator? The NHI site installation personnel can tell you the question. From December 28th 2020, the whole of Hebei Province began to drop in temperature, accompanied by a 7-8 level of wind. This brought a severe test to the site construction, especially the outdoor construction. For reasons of work convenient and safe production, site installation personnel not only can not wear cotton-padded jacket, moreover, there were steel plates on the smash-proof soles of the feet, which dissipated heat very quickly. The safety helmets on the head couldnot provide the function of keeping warm. In this way, it's been working a whole day in such an environment of over ten degrees below zero. Everyone was trembling with cold all the time.

Although the weather is cold, but the working enthusiasm of the site construction staff has not been reduced. "If you're afraid of the cold, just work more!" Hong Zuobin, who was responsible for guiding the installation, he said half in jest. "When we come out to work, we represent the NHI Company. It can't be in disgrace. No matter how hard it is, we have to survive". Product quality production and manufacturing is on the one hand, on the other hand, it is necessary to see the site installation. Low temperature not only brought inconvenience to the construction personnel, but also changed the size of the products to be installed on site due to the long-term low temperature state, which had a great impact on the installation accuracy of sintering machines, ring coolers and other products. In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the product during the use of the user, the site installation personnel constantly adjusted the clearance of parts, so that the product can reach the best state of delivery to the user.

Homesickness from Thousands of Miles Away
