In the winter of the northeast, it is more than 20 degrees below zero. Although the weather is cold, every workshop of the NHI ushered in a busy figure early on the morning. In order to ensure the stable and orderly production work during the festival, the company planed and deployed in advance on the premise of epidemic prevention, safety and quality assurance. On New Year's Day, hundreds of employees overcame the outbreak and appeared at each machine on time. All the equipment was in operation and the work was in good order. Without any complaint, the employees stick to their posts, timely coordinated the processing of the work piece, followed up the technical analysis of the components, ensured the smooth operation of the equipment and the timely allocation of tools, and fully cooperated with the front-line production and processing schedule. They intensified efforts to catch up the production products, to ensure the overall improvement of labor efficiency during the festival, to ensure the delivery of products on schedule during the festival, to build the most beautiful scenery in the festival with practical actions.

Do a Good Job in Prevention and Control Production

During the New Year's Day, the Tunnel Boring Equipment Branch overcame the impact of the epidemic, reasonably allocated personnel to carry out the final assembly, commissioning and testing of the shield tunneling machines to be delivered. At present, all the above projects have entered the final commissioning stage of the whole machine, and the mechanical action and systems testing of the main components have been completed. The two devices would be displayed in the construction section of the south extension of Shenyang Metro Line 2. According to the actual situation of the user, it was planned to be ready for delivery on January 30, 2021.

In order to rush the production of products and ensure the delivery date of the project, the employees of the Mining Building Materials Equipment Branch also gave up their rest days to overcome their own difficulties. On the premise of making full preparations for epidemic prevention and control measures, they actively put themselves into the production work with full spirit and tried their best to fabricate the No. 2 production project of shield tunneling machine. Due to the large number of people who did not return from business trips in some workshops, the manpower was tight and the task was heavy. Therefore, the branch reasonably allocated personnel to avoid the shortcoming caused by the shortage of manpower, and all workshops kept the same pace. In addition, the close cooperation and communication with the production department and quality inspection department greatly improved the production efficiency and exceeded the production task.

As an auxiliary unit serving the production line, the equipment energy service department had the same important responsibility and mission. How to better serve all departments of the company and escort the production and operation was their goal.

In this same but different holiday, the equipment energy service department strengthened inspection of equipment and facilities, strengthened shift management, and actively responded to all kinds of emergencies to ensure the power supply of the company's 66kV substation during the epidemic prevention and control period, so as to ensure the stable operation of the production and operation order of the enterprise.

On January 2nd, the transformer of H20 substation suddenly tripped, resulting in partial power failure of H workshop. In order to ensure the smooth production, the equipment energy service department immediately organized the operation personnel for emergency treatment and repair. The duty monitor Mr Zhang Jingsheng and the duty person Mr Jiang Changlong came to the scene for inspection at the first time. It was detected that the tripping circuit of AP6 and AP7 circuit breaker on the low-voltage side of H20 was grounded. In the investigation, it was also found that the closing bus of AP6 distribution cabinet was short-circuit, which caused the tripping of H20 transformer cabinet. After finding the root of the problem, they shook out the fault loop switch and hung a warning sign for quick repair. From finding the problem to solving the problem, the power supply of the H20 substation was restored in just over half an hour, so as to make every effort to escort the production work during the festival. In addition, the equipment energy service department also installed the large motor and transmission parts of some cranes, and repaired the linear cutting machine with electrical faults, which effectively ensured the normal production.

There was a holiday sticking to the post, there was a belief working in unity. NHI people opened the door of the New Year with the spirit of selfless dedication. They strengthened their confidence, gathered their strength, and helped the development of the enterprise with their actions.
