On October 15th, Li Gang, Deputy Mayor of Shenyang, and his delegation organized a symposium on the operation of industrial enterprises and the promotion of key projects at NHI, and listened to the report on the industrial operation situation from Tiexi District. Wang Hongwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of NHI, and Liang Xiu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, warmly received and attended the symposium.

Li Gang conducted an on-site inspection of the I01 factory building planned for cooperation between NHI and Envision Group, and listened to NHI's work report on the preparation for factory renovation, recent business results, cooperation on new environmental protection equipment projects, and the construction of Fangda Group's national manufacturing headquarters. He stated that Fangda Group was born in Shenyang Liaoning ,and NHI is a core backbone enterprise in China's equipment manufacturing field. The Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Government fully support the high-quality development of Fangda Group and NHI, and hope that NHI will accelerate the pace of cooperation with Envision Energy Group, gradually expand the scope of cooperation, deepen mutual trust, and achieve strategic cooperation and deep binding. Li Gang stated that NHI should leverage its own advantages to accelerate cooperation on new environmental protection equipment projects and the construction of the national manufacturing headquarters of Fangda Group. Relevant departments of the municipal government should provide good services, implement weekly scheduling, promote the rapid implementation of projects, and assist in the economic construction of Shenyang.

Wang Hongwei expressed gratitude to the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Government for their strong support for the development of private enterprises such as Fangda Group and NHI, and introduced the recent development achievements of the enterprises. Wang Hongwei stated that NHI has strong manufacturing capabilities, complete infrastructure, advanced production equipment, outstanding professional quality of employees, and enormous potential for cooperation. NHI will accelerate cooperation and make greater contributions to the economic development of Shenyang in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Government, as well as the strategic layout of Fangda Group.
